Daily Adventures – Tom Kennedy Series – The Vision Of Time – Part 4 Finale

A shrill cry echoed in the mist as it started to settle after the bonfire had gone out; Tigger still bothered about the man that had Tom, who is that man she asked around to see if anyone knew who he was and it wasn’t long until he came to find her.

“I better introduce myself…my name is Bernard Classic friends of Stanley and Fred Kennedy, work in the Kennedy Department and at the school run by the Kennedy family. Last but not least guardian of Tom Kennedy since you’re parents have given them the dream. I was informed when you were born by the chief that night of you’re parents have died that you were his protector and his observer” he winced in pain

She could see the pain in his face and how much it hurt. She couldn’t say anything as she felt nervous; he could sense it, his face relaxed a bit feeling a bit guilty introduce himself in this state and well he couldn’t help it he knew this was going to happen sooner or later.

Both either of them spoke there was shrill cries echoing through the mist and woods; someone came in with Tom his face lit up as he saw Tigger, he tried to say her name but in the end gave up and said “Tiggy” he was reaching out for her to hold him. The lady said that he had been requested to see you and be with you. Bernard said it was impossible for him to do that with his needs. The lady gave Tom to Tigger before she gave Bernard a sharp snappy comment “Do I have to remind you Bernard that I am a Native American women; I have brought up all of the Kennedy family since before you were born and since you were born, and don’t get me started on your family ancestry Bernard.”

Tom and Tigger were taken back by the old lady when she snapped at Bernard; ‘how old is she then?’ Thought Tigger she really doesn’t look the age of knowing or dealing with the Kennedy family or Bernard’s family. “Now we will sort you out before you sleep. I don’t know why you didn’t come to straight away to me….” They both Tom and Tigger could her still telling Bernard off until they could here them no more.

“Come on buddy. He’ll be back soon because he wouldn’t leave you out of his sight for a second” she said.

She had laid Tom down on a comfy straw bed in between her bed and a spare bed next to Toms for Bernard when he came back. Bernard came back saw Tigger a sleep but Tom was wiggling in his own bed; he whispered “come on you…you should be a asleep”

He laid down next to Tom before he rested his own head on the pillow he caught Tiggers face in the shimmering candle light; her make up had run down her face, she had been crying herself to asleep. Bernard looked at Tom with a massive big grin on his face; “don’t give me that look Tom; don’t even think about it, fine…you are your fathers son” he whispered, so he gently got up moved his bed around to Tiggers moved the wood and joined it into one making it into a double.

Somehow manage to put Tom in the middle of them both feet and put a strong protective charm over them and Tom proof charm even him himself couldn’t get out off. Tom felt relaxed and happy that he had brought them close together he fell asleep. Bernard just about to fall asleep when he felt Tigger cuddling up to him not sure whether she knew what she was doing or not he wrapped his arms around her to keep her safe.

Daily Adventures – Tom Kennedy Series – The Vision Of Time – Part 3

Chief said “alert whoever’s left in the Kennedy department at the minstery and the House of Parliament that we have the boy. He’s staying put with us because Kordulmon won’t even come near us even if we have the boy or not” all of the men that were in the tent left out of the door.

The native girl could here them disappear without a sound but with a little crack in the hill side not far from them. She looked at the chief slowly stammered with a panic because she was scared of what he’ll do and say. “Tigger calm down…tigger you’re fine. You’re not in trouble I’m just glad you and the little boy Tom is safe okay….I need to tell you something about you’re parents and how they died”

Closer and closer it came, it was getting bigger and bigger, soon it filled the sky above, was the moon falling? As they both looked up at the night sky that was so clear; someone came running up to the chief he murmured something in the chiefs ear, “shall we” said the chief turning to Tigger. Tigger knew what was going to happen there was no explanation for it. She could see the big fire bellowing up into the night sky; she soon realised it, the protection observer had found her to protect the little boy Tom and that was why he stayed clung onto her.

As she was growing up she had hoped that she would be picked and sometimes she hoped that she wasn’t. Tigger hated the responsibilities of something major like looking after a member of the Kennedy family for life until she died in action to protect a special needs child with extra special powers.

They approached the bonfire Tigger could see the whole camp sitting around Tom was now settled in a man’s arms that she did not recognised but in the light he looked batted and bruised; he looked haunted in what he had seen before he arrived, he looked over to her direction gave her a wiry smile in away she was pretty sure it was away to say “thank you”. Tigger wasn’t ever so sure what to make of the Kennedys or the department but one thing for sure that they have been good friends to the chief one way or another.

Chief had turned to Tigger before they took their place in the circle ritual. “These are dark times ahead and there’s no denying it. What you’ll will see in these flames are you’re parents battling Smallen. They were just two ordinary Native Americans okay; they knew that you were destined to take this path when you were born, they requested me to summon Stanley and Fred here 19 years ago. They explained that they had a vision that Stanley would have a baby boy called Tom who had autism; along with his amazing gift of autism, the Kennedy family powers and there was one important thing that was also planted an ancient ball inside of him that will destroy the next dark evil identity that came our way.” He looked at Tigger with a worrying look on his face hoping that she understood what he was saying before he could continue on.

He then pressed on. “On that fateful night of the first war with Smallen before you’re 1st birthday. You’re parents had been hit with a few things they were whisked back to here; before they got any attention they requested to have me at their bed side, they were in so much pain that it was to unbearable to watch. However see theses scars on my arm?” He rolled up his right sleeve to show her. They glistened in the moon light and the flames. “They both grabbed hold of my arm before I could react I could feel the burning sensation; I couldn’t pull away as they held on so tightly, they said ‘protect Tigger…don’t make Tigger become Tom’s protect when she turns 20. Please”’ I tried to reassure them that I would try my best but we all knew it wasn’t going to happen. Once someone is chosen at birth and hit their first birthday they immediately become of age. We all didn’t know it was you until they said it. They kept that secret to that very day they wanted to tell me on their death bed. I couldn’t ask how they knew I could feel that they had gone as their hands dropped from my arm and held hands.”…….

Daily Adventures – Tom Kennedy Series – The Vision Of Time – Part 2

The young Native American girl walked past an house something caught her eye which made her stop in her tracks. There was something not quite right about the window; she looked around knowing that she wasn’t meant to be going into abounded houses or anything without someone else but there was something telling her that there was something wrong, it was up to her to investigate what the mystery thing was.

She went in making sure that no one else was watching her or following her into the house; in her minds eye there was swirls of clouds that she really couldn’t see properly, until she reached a door that was closed and as she put her hand on the handle. She had became very afraid and scared of what she might of encounter.  The young girl opened it slowly feeling the tension between her and what was in the room that she may find.

In the corner of the room was a little boy huddled and he was rocking back and fourth. She slowly made her way over to him as she was making her way over she didn’t realise he was holding a note. The native girl crouched down in front of him she said calmly with a whisper “hey little man…you okay?…what’s you’re name?” She waited for a bit realised there was a glow all around him and her she then realised who he maybe; she wasn’t quite sure for certain due to the fact the old tales that she heard about the family, she then thought he might not be able to speak either.

So she tried again but this time with a guess of a name that popped up in head; she thought she might as well ask to see if he responded to the name, she took a deep breathe and asked “is you’re name Tom Kennedy?” Tom stopped rocking looked up with terror on his face. Before she could even press on there was a sound of glass breaking that had stopped her; the boys hiding place had been discovered by the people who were after him; that’s what he had thought and understood what his father had tried to explain to him, what on was he going to do now?

She turned back round looked at his worried/scared face; she whispered “do you trust me?” holding out her hand to expect his little hand to take it, more crashes and bangs coming out from behind her. “Please…I need to take you somewhere safe….please” with a panic in her voice Tom grabbed her grabbed her hand as she held tight on a necklace in her other hand that Tom hadn’t noticed other than clinging on to her for dear life.

By the skin of their teeth they managed to get out of the house before the intruders came in and kill them both. They had arrived at their destination of where they needed to be on the edge of a forest on the outskirts of a small village. Tom still clung on to the Native American girl wouldn’t want to walk he was so anxious. So in the end she carried him through the woods; by the time they got to the outskirts of the campsite few women and men came running forward, the native girl gave Tom to one of the women whilst she had to go and visit someone.

As she got closer to the chiefs tent she could hear voices in hush hush heated discussions. She caught a bit of it “I knew this would happen….I told Howard about this boy. The minute that he says ‘he’s not like Smallen’” she had heard the tales about Smallen over the years but who is it this time who want to attack the Kennedys now.

“Now the most important boy is now missing scared, don’t understand what’s happening and probably thinking his parents are dead.” Exclaimed the chief loudly.

That was when the native girl came through the door and said “he’s not missing…I brought him here he safe. I found him.” Group of men turned round one of them looked at her and thought “oh dear god…she’s now caught up in it all now” the chief realised more worrying than anything else. He promised her parents the last time before they died to keep her out of it and not protect a young boy when she hit 20. It was too late her 20th birthday was just a few hours away; the young boy had found her, and she had found him without any knowledge of the history or her ancestry…

Daily Adventures – Tom Kennedy Series – The Vision Of Time – Part 1

The water look deep and inviting to the girl looking at the pond that sat by an old house with its wildly overgrown garden, that laid silent and secretive before the girl had saw something that caught her eye in the doorway that sat in the wall. There was an old lady standing there watching her; she beckoned her to come to her, the young girl went over to her because she thought the old lady needed her help and by the time she got to this old lady. She had turned to go back inside. As she turned  the girl caught the glimpse of the old lady smiling.

The young girl followed the old lady into the back garden; the over grown garden was actually not over grown, it looked well kept and the house looked fine and good shape. The young girl was about to ask the old lady but the lady murmured which only the girl just about make out.

“You know what it is” murmured the old lady.

They both sat in the conservatory looking out to the garden. For awhile they sat in silence until she heard the sweet old lady’s voice. She turned but her mouth wasn’t moving. She could hear someone’s voice talking to her throughout the grounds of this cottage.

“Young girl, don’t cry because I’ll be right here when your world starts to fall. Young girl, it’s going to be alright. Your tears will dry, you’ll be soon be able to be free to fly once more. When you’re safe inside your room you tend to dream of a place that you once knew where there was nothing is harder than it seems. No one ever wants or to bothers to explain of the heartache of this life that can bring and what it means.

When there is no one else that can look inside you that can control you’re mind like they have; you once looked inside yourself like it’s your oldest friend, you just got to trust the voice within and you’ll find the strength that will guide you your way back. You’ll learn to begin to trust the voice within to control your mind and close it.

Young girl you don’t need to hide no more because you won’t ever change if you just run away. Young girl just hold on tight because one day you’ll be seeing a brighter day. Now the world that was so innocent is now quickly being claimed as in terror. If you look around it’s so hard to stand your ground now where everyone is so afraid. No one reaches out a hand to hold their hand. They are lost outside like you are but if you look inside your soul; you will find your strength to carry on, find you’re voice within and you will learn to begin again.”

The young girl had found herself on top of cliffs off Dover. Seeing warships coming in from winning the Second World War; she had found her inner inner voice that can go out to all of the soldiers who survived the war, wether they are injured or not they heard her voice. They knew that it was one of the female Kennedy’s who guided them to the end of the war.

“Life is a journey from now on it can take you anywhere you choose to go; as long as you’re learning you will find all the things that you need to know, to be strong and it’s okay to break at times because you just need to hold on. You’ll know that you’re going to make it as you are strong. Just don’t forsake it because no one can tell you what you can’t do; no one can stop you, you know that I’m talking to you.

When there’s no one else to look inside yourself. Like your oldest friend inside you just trust the voice within; you can find the strength that will guide your way you will learn to begin, to trust the voice within. Young girl don’t cry I’ll be right here when your world starts to fall” ……
